Today is the first day of my trip I started from my house in Bismarck, ND at 12 noon. Getting going was kinda tough legs weren't quite ready for the rolling hills outside of Bis. I stopped at Double Ditch Indian site were The Lewis and Clark expedition stayed for awhile, former home of the Mandan Indian tribe. Then I made it up to Washburn, ND at about 5pm headed down highway 200 towards stanton were I made camp for the in the Stanton camp ground.
